We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (Italian), passionate about learning, with excellent customer and technical skills, to work in a multinational IT company. Advanced English level and French are mandatory. Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available.

Key responsibilities

Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

Resolve IT Support Request and Issues

Maintain Service Records

Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Skills and Experience Required

Really passionate about learning and technology.

Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills.

Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in Italian and English.

Flexible to Work in European Shifts (starting at 3:00 or 4:00 am).
