At Cassoni we are distributors of Italian furniture to the United States and we work with interior designers and final clients all across the country. Our main offices are located in Miami, Florida and we have over 25 years in the furniture industry. We are now looking to expand the Sales Team and welcome a Sales Assistant to keep growing in the industry.
The Sales Assistant will assist the Head of Sales and will be in constant communication with customers in the United States, suppliers in Italy and the team in the office in Miami, Florida. At the same time, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for managing all sample requests, analyzing pricing and other competitors and executing sales reports.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and adaptable person that is interested in sales and wants to grow in an American company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist Head of Sales in all aspects of the sales process including contact with clients, analysis of the market and competition, contact with suppliers in Italy and administrative support
- Communicate with clients by email and phone for their orders, receipt of order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates and maintenance of clients record in the system
- Communicate with manufacturers abroad in Italy for current orders, samples of materials, current sales, changes in delivery schedules, future orders and overall business
- Create and analyze selling reports on a weekly basis.
- Create and present analysis reports of price comparisons with competitors in the market
- Understand clients needs and provide personalized attention to enhance their experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field (in process or finished)
- Prior experience in sales is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English with C1 (CAE) or C2 (CPE) level
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be dynamic to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick-thinking, adaptable and proactive skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and an inquisitive approach to challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
This position is Full Time and in-person. The office is located in Carrasco, Montevideo, Uruguay.
