BUSCAMOS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance (CPA preferred).

Proven experience in financial coordination or management in multinational companies (3-5 years).

Experience working at prestigious audit firms (e.g., the Big 4)

Experience in managing internal controls and implementing procedures.

MS Office skills (Excel, power point, pivot tables and formulas, etc); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is required.

Industry experience in manufacturing companies is preferred but not essential.

OBJETIVOS DE LA POSICIÓN:

We are seeking a passionate, energetic and detail-oriented Regional Finance Specialist. Reporting to and working closely with the LATAM Finance Director, the Regional Finance Specialist will provide a high level of support to each of the individual businesses, focusing initially on Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile.

• Cross-Country Coordination and integration

Support the acquisition activities, with a particular focus on driving the post-acquisition integration process.

Facilitate the sharing of best practice/good ideas across the businesses

Provide guidance and support to local teams on KI standards matters

Assist with the onboarding of new finance staff, with a comprehensive introduction to the broader Kingspan Group

• Accounting and Reporting of the Holding companies

Manage the accounting and administration of the local holding companies including allocation of costs to the appropriate businesses.

• Financial Reporting follow-up

Ensure consistency of reporting across the businesses, including continued development of reporting templates, monitoring of comparable KPIs

• Internal Controls & Compliance

Ensure a strong culture of financial controls within each business, including strict compliance with Kingspan’s internal control requirements

Assistance for Internal Audit preparation and action point follow up across the different businesses

• Financial Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and support local teams with the production and implementation of procedures as required

Ad-hoc Support

Support the capex approval process, including providing a level of challenge to the business on the key areas of proposed investments – payback, costs, timeline

Perform routine analyses of financial and operating KPIs across the businesses – working capital, cash generation, manufacturing variances, overheads etc., with recommendations for improvement

Monitor margin trends within the businesses, understanding the dynamic between selling prices, discounts, COGs, FX etc.

Ad hoc project work e.g., developing and driving manufacturing variances reporting across the entities, analysis of key issues arising, assisting on remediating underlying issues

Review the consistency of the Strategic plans produced by each business
