We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents in the Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco. These agents play a crucial role in guiding airline customers throughout their entire airport journey. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and creating a collaborative work environment. (Seasonal contract)

Job Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence

Obtain proficiency in the technical aspects of the job, demonstrating proficiency in the check-in system, boarding process, and meticulous compliance with relevant airport documentation.

Execute all required duties with precision and efficiency.

- Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer experiences to passengers throughout their airport journey.

Resolve challenges that arise with empathy, respect, and professionalism.

- Applicants must:

  • Have minimum availability of three days per week, including weekends, holidays, Christmas and New Year’s holidays
  • Have a high level of English proficiency.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Be open to shifts of 4 and 6 hours
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes.
  • Offer flexibility in schedule availability.
  • Seasonal contract
